September, 2015 ? All pre and post tender roles that includes subcontract procurement, BoQs and activity schedules, tender documents;
? Tender comparisons, evaluations, tender clarification interviews, placing of orders and order amendments.
? Assess monthly payment applications, issue payment notices, payment certificates ensuring that subcontractor payments are dealt fairly and in accordance with the contract;
? Visit regularly to operational site to review the performance of the project, work packages.
? Issue and agree early warnings and client’s instruction in terms of scope, cost and programme and evaluate its impact on project.
? Agree variation, claims, extension of time; plan and negotiate accounts.
? Prepare liability schedules, subcontract analysis, cost value reconciliations, cash flow and cost to complete reports, carry out commercial reviews, risk reviews, opportunity reviews.
? Identify and raise early warnings to client and ensure all contractual entitlement with adherence to contractual timescales.
? Coordinate tender meeting, risk review and risk reduction meetings, commercial and progress review meetings with suppliers, designers, production managers; agree on actions to be taken, prepare and issue minutes of meeting.
? Manage subcontractor bonds, insurances, claims in compliance with contractual timeframe & subcontractor performance in compliance with all contractual requirements.
